I agree to the above mentioned event agreement as well as any details listed. I understand that the space reserved is only guaranteed from the time listed above and at the end of the event, I agree to vacate the space to accommodate other reservations/parties. I understand if I purchase a drink package everyone in my group must be included, if guests pay on their own everyone must purchase the wristband. I understand that the space booked above is subject to change in the event of a buyout. I agree that the following credit card may be used for payment on estimated balance due listed above. (The above guaranteed minimum number of guests is the number that will be billed for unless additional guests should attend the event. Should that occur you will be billed additionally per guest based on the provided estimates listed above.) All food & beverage minimums are EXCLUSIVE of tax & gratuity. SOHO cannot be held liable for any personal property or decorations left behind after the event takes place. Any damages to the venue the card on file can be used to cover the cost.
